Ingredients
300g of low gluten flour, 120g of banana, 30g of sugar, 1 egg, 3g of salt, 20g of black sesame seeds, 1 tbsp of salad oil.
Directions
(1) Mix all ingredients together, knead to form a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes;
(2) Divide the dough into 3 small balls and roll them out into a long thin sheet of about 14cm in width, the thinner the better;
(3) Slice the bananas in half into 2 long slices, and then into smaller slices of about 2cm x 7cm;
(4) (4) Cut a slice in the center of each slice about 2 cm;
(5) Pass one end from the top to the other side, and the other end from the bottom to the top to form a roll;
(6) Heat a deep-fat frying pan to 120°C, and deep-fry the noodles on a low flame until they are ready to be fried;
