There is a banquet in Luoyang called water mat. How many dishes are there in it?
Luoyang Shuixi has 24 dishes, including cold and hot, vegetarian, salty and sweet, sour and spicy, which are very particular. The water mat on the whole table is in order, that is, eight cold dishes are served first, four meat dishes and four vegetarian dishes, four meat dishes are Du Kang drunk chicken, beef with sauce flavor, tiger skin eggs, spiced smoked hoofs, and four vegetarian dishes are ginger crisp lotus root, spinach with vegetables, snow jellyfish and green beans. These eight dishes are used as a dining table. Then serve four big pieces, namely peony dovetail, seasoned whole chicken, spicy fish pieces and eight-treasure rice. Each large piece is matched with two medium pieces, peony anchovies with two kinds of braised pork slices, seasoned whole chicken with fresh large intestine stewed with hot and sour squid, spicy fish pieces with colorful raw belly balls, and fried rice with sweet potato and hawthorn with honey juice. Finally, there are four tables of dishes, pork belly, mushroom gallbladder, Luoyang meatballs and egg soup, in which egg soup means that all dishes are over.
