Pressure cookers may explode and cause injuries when operated incorrectly or when they are defective, so pay attention to the operating rules.
When putting food in the pressure cooker, both food and water should not exceed four-fifths of the capacity of the cooker, and neither water nor soup should be less than 400 milliliters. Before closing the lid, you should first check whether the exhaust pipe is smooth, the anti-blocking cover is clean, whether the safety valve is intact, whether the float activity is up and down freely, and in the falling position. After the lid is closed and heated, see that more steam is discharged from the pressure-limiting vent and then fasten the lid of the pressure-limiting valve.
