Ingredients
1 pomfret (400g), onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, salt and pepper, flour, cooking wine, some fine salt
Method
1. Clean the fish, cut with a diagonal knife on both sides, apply a layer of cooking wine and fine salt, marinate for 10 minutes to remove the fishy smell;
