I learned how to make dumplings
Today is Sunday, and my mother said she would make dumplings for me. Dumplings are my favorite pasta, so I've been looking forward to this day for a long time.
Early in the morning, I just got up, rubbed my hazy eyes, and hurried to my mother's bedroom and said to my mother: "Mom, make dumplings!" My mother said: "You little greedy cat, I Just go and make it.”
Mom made the dough, mixed the stuffing, and everything was ready, just waiting to be packaged. Then my mother started making dumplings. She first rolled the dough into a dough with a rolling pin, put the filling on it, and wrapped one after another. Seeing that my mother was so skillful in wrapping, I couldn't help but imitate my mother's way of wrapping, but I couldn't wrap it well, and finally it turned into a crooked dumpling. "It's so ugly!" I said to myself.
Looking at the flat and crooked dumplings, I was discouraged and sat down on the sofa. My mother came over and said, "What's wrong? Are you discouraged? It's okay. I'll teach you how to make them!" I said: "Okay!" Mom taught me how to wrap one bag after another, and the more I wrapped it, the better it looked.
Through this incident, I understand that making dumplings seems simple, but it is difficult to make. This is the case with anything you do, as long as you put your heart into it, you will definitely do it well.
