The pickling method of radish with aged vinegar is as follows:
Ingredients: One white radish, one bottle of aged vinegar (750 ml), some dried chili peppers, some bay leaves, some star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns A few, 500 grams of rock sugar.
Steps:
1. Peel the white radish and cut into strips or thin slices.
