Steps
1. Chop ginger and garlic, and chop green pepper.
2. Chop coriander and green onion.
3. Peel the potatoes and cut into large pieces.
4. Put the loach, ginger and garlic in the rice cooker, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt and water to cover the loach, and simmer slowly.
5. Fry a few poached eggs in another pan.
6. When the loach pot boils, add the fried eggs.
7. Place potatoes on top, cover and simmer for one and a half hours.
