How to make homemade barbecue sauce

1. First, mix the red curd juice and sugar in a pan. (If you don't like curd flavor, you can skip it and use soy sauce instead of curd juice). If you like curd flavor, you can add 10-30g of red curd in sugar (grind it with a teaspoon in a fine mesh sieve and sieve it into curd puree before using). 2: Combine all ingredients (A) and (B) in a saucepan and cook over low heat until the sugar dissolves. 3: Add maltose and cook until dissolved, then add cornflour and water and bring to boil, remove from heat and finally add sesame oil. 4: Cool, can and refrigerate. Note: After refrigeration, the barbecue sauce may have crystallized sugar, which is normal, and the sauce can be used as usual. If you don't want the sugar to crystallize, add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice or 1/2 teaspoon of white rice vinegar.
