Symptoms of allergic rhinitis:
1, itchy nose: most patients have itchy nose, sometimes accompanied by itchy soft palate, eyes and pharynx.
2, paroxysmal sneezing: there are often many paroxysmal sneezing episodes every day, each time as few as three to five, more than a dozen, or even more.
3, nasal congestion: nasal congestion on both sides, but the degree of severity varies. Pollen allergy nasal mucous membrane edema is obvious, nasal congestion is heavier, some patients may also be manifested as a sense of smell loss.
The treatment of allergic rhinitis:
1, general treatment: the allergens that have been clearly defined, try to avoid contact with them. Those who are allergic to pollen should go out less during the pollen-spreading season; those who are allergic to fungi and dust mites should ventilate the room and keep it clean and dry; those who are allergic to animal dander, feathers, and excreta should avoid contacting animals as much as possible.
2, drug treatment: patients should be under the guidance of a doctor to use drugs, avoid self-medication. Commonly used drugs are: levocabastine nasal spray, mometasone furoate nasal spray, loratadine, budesonide and so on.
