Ingredients: 12 chicken wings, 1 lemon, 4 garlic cloves, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, a little salt and cooking oil.
Practice steps:
1. Wash the chicken wings first, then scratch twice on both sides to facilitate pickling and taste, and slice the lemon.
2. Add a spoonful of soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey and ketchup to chicken wings, add a little salt, squeeze a slice of lemon and put it together, so there is no need to add cooking wine. Then catch it and marinate it 1 hour or more!
