Fried rape
Ingredients: 250g rape, 2 tbsp salad oil, salt 1 teaspoon, monosodium glutamate 1 teaspoon.
Practice: wash the rape, cut it into sections, add seasoning and stir it evenly, put it in a plate, cover it with plastic wrap, put it in a microwave oven, heat it for 2 minutes with high fire, and then stir and heat it for 2 minutes.
Fried lettuce
Ingredients: lettuce 250g, salad oil 2 tbsp, onion 1 root, salt 1 teaspoon, monosodium glutamate 1 teaspoon.
Practice: Wash and slice the lettuce, marinate it with salt for 5 minutes, drain the salt water, and cut the onion into chopped green onion for later use. Then put the lettuce into a dish, add chopped green onion, monosodium glutamate and salad oil, stir well, cover with plastic wrap and heat for 3 minutes.
Fried peanuts with green pepper
Ingredients: 2 green peppers, 75g raw peanuts, tenderloin 150g, appropriate amount of soy sauce, 0.5 tbsp dry starch, a little salt, a little oil and 3 cloves garlic.
Practice: cut the tenderloin into small squares of 1cm, put it in a bowl, add seasoning and stir evenly for later use. Wash and dice the green pepper, and wash the garlic cloves and remove the film. Wash the peanuts and put them in a bowl. Then fry with microwave high-power fire for 4 minutes, take out and cool, and uncover the film for later use. Take another dish, add diced meat and oil, stir, add garlic, cover with plastic film, cook with microwave at high speed for 3 minutes, take out, add diced green pepper and salt, cover, cook with microwave at high speed for 3 minutes, and sprinkle with peanuts.
