2. Prepare pork chops and rice cakes, put the ribs in a cold water pot and add ginger slices to boil, and cook for a few minutes to drain the blood.
3. Wash and drain the ribs with warm water, fry them in an oil pan until they are slightly yellow, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, rock sugar and ginger slices, add appropriate amount of water, and simmer for about 1 hour. Add water to the rice cake and drain for later use.
