2 cups flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves, 1/2 teaspoon basil, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon celery-flavored salt, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon dry mustard, 4 tablespoons bell pepper, 2 teaspoons garlic salt, 1 teaspoon ginger, 3 tablespoons MSG ( would chicken broth be better?). (Would it be better to use chicken broth?) Directions 1. In a large bowl mix all the ingrediants. 2. Dip the chicken pieces into the beaten egg (described above) 3. Turn them in the breadcrumbs so that both sides are dipped in the breadcrumbs 4. Finally, place the chicken pieces into the mixture in 1 above. 5. heat the oven to 350 degrees (we recommend a pressure cooker, deep fryer, that's what they use in KFC stores) 6. place the chicken pieces in a steel tray and cover with tinfoil (shiny side out) 7. heat for 40 minutes. 8. remove the tinfoil and do another 40 minutes 9. drizzle a little oil on the chicken pieces 5 minutes before serving 10. remove from the pan, cool for 5 minutes before serving.
