Seasoning: pickled pepper, salt, chicken powder (or chicken essence), pepper, cooking wine.
Practice: 1, lake crab cuts in half (the big one is cut into four pieces), and potatoes, green onions and ginger are sliced separately.
2. Stir-fry pickled peppers, ginger slices and green onions in a small oil pan, and then add a proper amount of chicken soup or water.
3. Immediately add lake crab pieces, potato chips, bacon, Flammulina velutipes, salt and chicken powder.
4. Cook on high fire for about 6-8 minutes, and finally add a little pepper to taste.
