Preparation materials: 4g of flour, 15g of brown sugar, 1g of salt, 15g of warm water, 3g of yeast, a proper amount of milk powder, a proper amount of spiced powder and a half pot of rapeseed oil
1. Put warm water into two containers respectively;
2. Add half the yeast and all the brown sugar into one container, and add the remaining yeast and milk powder into another container, and stir evenly;
3. Add the flour into two containers respectively, and mix them into floccules;
4. Knead into smooth dough and seal it for about 15 minutes;
after 5 or 15 minutes, take out the dough and roll it into a round cake with a rolling pin without kneading;
6. Sprinkle spiced powder on one of the cakes, then close the other cake and roll it into dough;
7. Reel into a roll and compact the edges;
8. Slice again and spread out to avoid adhesion;
9. When the pot is heated to 7% heat, put the dough and fry it in medium heat until it changes color;
1. Deep-fry over high fire until golden brown, then remove and drain the oil.
