1.Prepare all materials.
2. Boil a pot of boiled pork ribs, and then rinse the surface impurities and blood stains with clean water.
3. Peel the pumpkin, remove the pulp, and cut it into appropriate blocks; Wash the tomatoes, remove the pedicels, and cut into large pieces together with the skins; Peel the corn, remove the beard and cut it into small pieces.
4. Prepare a pot of clear water, add the scalded ribs, chestnuts, candied dates and cut materials, boil over high fire, then turn to low heat, cover the pot and continue cooking 1 hour until the pumpkin is completely melted.
Finally, I can add salt to taste according to my personal preference, but I didn't add any salt. Personally, I think it is delicious without salt.
6. Add the cold rice left at home to the soup and roll it, and it will become a bowl of nutritious and delicious pumpkin, tomato and chestnut soaked rice.
