Ingredients: 1 kg shrimp, chopped green onion, minced garlic and Jiang Mo.
Exercise:
1. Remove the shrimp line, clean the shrimp gun, cut the onion, ginger and garlic into foam, and cut the shallot into sections.
2. Sauce: 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, oyster sauce 1 tablespoon, cooking wine 1 tablespoon, half a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, half a spoonful of sugar, and tomato sauce 1 tablespoon. Mix well.
3. Saute the onion, ginger and garlic with a little oil in the pot, add prawns and stir-fry until the color changes, and add the prepared sauce and stir-fry for one minute.
4. Add 3 spoonfuls of hot water, cover the pot and simmer for two minutes, collect the juice on high fire, sprinkle with chopped green onion and stir well, then take out the pot.
Second, shrimp vermicelli pot
Ingredients: 300g fresh shrimp, 2 vermicelli in Longkou, Chinese cabbage, onion, ginger and garlic, millet pepper, Lee Kum Kee old oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine and soy sauce.
Exercise:
1, shrimp to shrimp line, shrimp must be ginger slices, cooking wine and a spoonful of white pepper.
2. Soak the vermicelli in advance, put the millet pepper and garlic in the bowl, pour in the hot oil, saute until fragrant, and mix well with 2 tablespoons of Lao Zhuang oyster sauce and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce.
3. Spread baby cabbage, vermicelli and prawns in the pot, pour in a bowl of clear water, pour sauce on the surface, simmer for about 10 minute, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
