Seasoning: salad oil, salt, rock sugar, onion 1 root, garlic 3 cloves, star anise 3, dried Chili 5, cooking wine, soy sauce, fermented milk, Amomum tsao 1 piece, and pepper 1 pinch.
Practice:
1, remove toes from chicken feet, and boil them in cold water to remove impurities.
