Accessories: oil, salt, lettuce, ginger, onion, garlic, compound seasoning, salt, soy sauce, edible oil and dried mushrooms.
1. Wash the chicken and chop it into pieces for later use;
2. Add 130g water to 250g flour, knead into smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and let stand for later use;
3. Heat the wok, pour in the oil, put the onion, ginger and garlic in the wok, and add the chicken pieces to stir fry;
4. Stir-fry until the chicken becomes discolored, and after the oil oozes, add a little soy sauce and continue to stir-fry for about 5 minutes;
5. Add hot water until the chicken is not eaten, bring it to a boil, cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes;
6. Soak the dried mushrooms in advance and wash them to remove excess water;
7. Stir-fry the mushrooms in the pot, add the compound seasoning, cover the lid, and continue to stew over medium heat; (The compound seasoning I use is similar to Thirteen Incense, and I bought it from my hometown. Now there are many brands of compound seasoning in the supermarket, all of which can be used.)
8. At this time, divide the static dough into nine small doughs and knead them round;
9. Roll into thin cakes respectively;
10. The chicken in the pot is almost stewed. Because it is an old chicken, it needs to be stewed for a long time before the meat will rot. Only when the chicken is almost stewed can the cake be put in. You can taste it before you decide.
1 1. Put the lettuce in before pasting the cake; (I didn't plan to put lettuce at first, so my family said to try some lettuce, so I tried it. For example, my mother-in-law doesn't like chicken, but she likes lettuce and mushrooms inside; )
12. Check whether there is enough water in the pot before pasting the cake, because after pasting the cake, you can't turn the dishes in the pot, so if there is less water, it will paste the bottom, so you need to add some hot water, just stick a circle of cakes around the pot, and half of the cakes are on the dishes. The soup can directly touch the cakes and cover the pot, about 10 minutes later.
13. After the pot is boiled, you can put it on a plate and eat it.
