Generally, there are two ways to eat cereal health-preserving powder juice:
Boiling water method
1, flushing: put a proper amount of powder (about 2 spoons) in a cup and pour 3 times of boiling water (100℃).
2, soaking: do not stir, soak for one or two minutes; (If it is a busy morning, you can brush your teeth and wash your face ...)
3, stirring: stir the powder and water with a spoon, add sugar or honey, condensed milk, salt, OK!
Tips: Choose a bigger cup or bowl, so it will be more handy when stirring.
Microwave method
1, take a proper amount of powder (about 2 spoons) and put it in a bowl, and pour 3 times of cold water;
2. Gently stir until the powder and water are completely dissolved, and there are no powder lumps;
3. Put it in the microwave oven with high fire "Ding" 1 min, take it out and add sugar or honey, condensed milk and salt, OK!
Tips: The length of microwave time should be determined according to the amount of water, and the time should be extended if there is more water.
