I can't think of anything for nourishing the stomach, but crisp dates can be recommended for nourishing. It's dried dates, which are dry, sour, sweet and crisp. It tastes like puffed food, but because it's dates, it's completely harmless.
There is also nourishing longan meat, commonly known as longan, which is great for making tea and eating it raw.
Low-salt seaweed is also recommended.
The last thing that comes to mind is coconut chips. You don't have to buy those imported from Thailand, but those produced in Hainan are delicious, such as Nanguo brand and Chunguang brand.
