The practice of begging Korean noodles and soup
Materials:

1, Korean dry cold noodles (available in the supermarket, if there is no buckwheat noodles) 2, beef soup (bought in the store) 3, soy sauce 4, sugar 5, chicken essence (monosodium glutamate) 6, kimchi (available in the supermarket) 7, braised beef (bought in the store) 8, shredded cucumber 9, ice cubes (again: the current weather)

Production process:

1. Soak the cold noodles in clear water and knead them by hand until they are completely dispersed. Control water for standby.

2. Making beef cold noodle soup: add appropriate amount of soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate and vinegar to beef soup, and add 1: 10 ice water (beef cold noodle soup 1 portion, ice water 10 portion) to the prepared soup for later use.

(Method 2 of making cold noodle soup: without beef soup, it is directly blended with soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate and ice water, with the ratio of 1: 10).

3. Boil the cold noodles with water, stir them with chopsticks to prevent sticking, and try to remove them as soon as possible when they become soft and hard.

Put it into the prepared ice water, rinse it continuously for 3~4 times, drain the water and put it into a bowl.

4. Add the beef cold noodle soup to the bowl filled with cold noodles, and then add the braised beef slices, pickles, cucumbers, eggs and ice cubes to enjoy. (Repeat: It's getting cold. Hot soup is recommended. Ice is bad for the stomach. Prepare stomach medicine if you want to try it! )
