Pork ribs 7~8 pieces, wax gourd less than half.
A handful of salt in coriander

Step 1
Wash the pork bones, put water in the pot to boil the bleeding water from the pork chops, skim the floating foam and remove the ribs for later use.

Peel the wax gourd, remove the pulp, wash and cut into pieces.

Add aniseed, onion, ginger and pepper to another pot and boil, then put the cooked ribs back in the pot and simmer for half an hour.
