Materials

Method
Soak the sea rice in boiling water. Wash the celery and cut into strips. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into strips. Put the two shredded vegetables into boiling water and bring to a boil, remove and place on a plate, add sea rice, pour in seasonings and mix well.
