Different storage methods have different shelf lives. Generally speaking, the shelf life of lard is 2-3 months.
1. The lard can be refrigerated and can be stored for about 18 months.
2. If it is summer, after refining the oil, when the oil temperature drops to about 80 degrees, add sugar and mix well. The ratio of sugar to oil is 1:15. Add sugar to the oil, pour it into a porcelain jar, and soak it in cold water to solidify the lard. It can be stored for 6-10 months.
