Methods/steps
Prepare eggplant, green pepper, tomato, chopped green onion, minced garlic and other accessories. Eggplant is best to be a long eggplant, which is relatively more fragrant to make.
Peel the eggplant and cut it into pieces. Wash green peppers and tomatoes, and then cut them into pieces.
