Steps:
1. Soak the lemon in water for a while, add a little salt. Scrub it carefully and set aside.
2. Cut the lemon into thin slices, the thinner the better, cut carefully to prevent excessive loss of lemon juice. When ready, use a toothpick to poke some small holes in the lemon slices for better flavor.
3. Take a small clean glass. Lay a few slices of lemon on the bottom, pour in the right amount of honey, add a few more slices of lemon and continue to pour in the right amount of honey. Until the glass is covered. Press the lemon slices firmly and seal with the lid. Gently shake the upside down glass to blend more evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for a few days.
5. To serve, brew with warm water, add a few slices of lemon and pour in some juice. Or add a few slices to the brewed tea week for better results.
