Steps
1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: cleaned fish head, tofu, green onion and ginger.
2. Tofu cut into cubes, green onion and ginger shredded.
3. Hot pan and cold oil, add fish head, medium heat frying.
4. Fry both sides to shape, then add shredded green onion and ginger.

6. Cook the soy sauce.
7. Add water, boil and simmer.
8. Stew for about 5 minutes, add salt, sugar to taste, add tofu.
9. Continue to stew for 3 minutes.
10. Add monosodium glutamate to refresh, then turn off the heat.
