Exercise:
Prepare a bowl, put the shrimp in it, then put the water in it and start soaking the shrimp.
Beat two eggs in a bowl, stir well quickly, pour the oil into the broken eggs, and start to stir fry until the eggs stick together (don't stir fry for too long, because you will cook in the pot later, otherwise it will become hard.
Take out the leeks, pick them clean, cut off the roots, wash the leeks, and then cut them into pieces and put them in a basin for later use.
Take out the soaked shrimp and put it in the leek, and put the fried eggs in it.
Add three spoonfuls of prepared edible salt.
Add half a spoonful of chicken essence.
Add half a spoonful of thirteen spices to taste (thirteen spices are not easy to put too much, which will cover up the original flavor of jiaozi).
Add some water to the flour and knead it into a uniform dough to make dough.
Put the prepared stuffing into the dough.
Wrap all the remaining dough with stuffing, sprinkle some flour on the chopping board and put the wrapped jiaozi on the neat chopping board (sprinkle flour so that jiaozi and the chopping board will not stick together and then take jiaozi out).
Then boil the water in the pot. When the water boils, add the wrapped jiaozi. Wait for jiaozi to boil and float on the water, then put a bowl of cold water, and wait for the water to boil twice. Jiaozi is probably ripe, and jiaozi is served with garlic sauce, bite by bite, which is delicious.
