1 Anhai frozen bamboo shoots originated in Jinjiang City, Quanzhou. Jinjiang City faces the sea on three sides, and the southeast coast is tortuous, with many harbors and islands and reefs. The beach area is large, the shallow water area is vast and the organic matter content is high. Anhai bamboo shoots are small and slightly flat in frozen shape, with gray and white colors, crystal clear, fresh and crisp, flexible and elastic in texture, sweet and delicious in taste, and can be matched with seasonings such as soy sauce, Yongchun vinegar, sweet and spicy sauce, mustard, garlic, jellyfish and coriander.
2. On April 30th, 2020, the People's Republic of China and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs officially approved the registration and protection of geographical indications of agricultural products for "Anhai frozen bamboo shoots".
