Wufangzhai Zongzi, known as the "King of Zongzi in the South of the Yangtze River", is a traditional snack in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, which is famous for its waxy but not rotten, fat but not greasy, tender and fragrant meat and moderate salty and sweet.
