If wild dried sea cucumbers are tightly sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, they will not be affected by high temperature, high humidity and other harsh factors. Basically, the shelf life is about two to three years.
If the storage conditions are poor or have been opened, the shelf life will be greatly shortened. Basically, if it is not eaten as soon as possible within a year or so, it will become damp and deteriorate, affecting the taste and texture.
