What is a phishing site
The so-called "phishing site" is a kind of network fraud, refers to the use of various means of lawless elements, imitation of the real site URL address and page content, or the use of real web server program loopholes in some of the site's web pages inserted in the dangerous HTML code, in order to fraudulently obtain the user's bank or credit card account number, passwords and other private information. Phishing websites are usually websites disguised as banking and e-commerce websites, and the main harm is to steal private information such as bank account numbers and passwords submitted by users. Phishing websites (also known as counterfeit websites phishing pronounced "fishing") have a very simple structure with only one or a few pages, and the URLs are slightly different from the real websites you need to recognize carefully.

To prevent phishing, we recommend using Tencent's PC Manager, which has the largest database of malicious websites in the country, to identify malicious websites and prevent them from being phished.
