There used to be a roujiamo stall near our home, which was particularly delicious. Every time the 7 adults send their daughters to training classes, they have to buy them when passing by.

Because my daughter loves to eat it, but making the authentic version of Roujiamo is too time-consuming and too greasy for children, so I made a simple version for babies. Roujiamo saves time and trouble. It has meat, eggs and vegetables as staple food. It is soft and delicious. You will have to lick your fingers after eating one in one go.
I have not recommended the pasta well, but what my daughter likes the most is the various meat fillings, which are delicious and appetizing but not greasy.
And in order to take care of the baby, I replaced the traditional steamed bun with soft milk steamed bun, and the baby can eat it directly.
Coupled with the soft and tender beef rolls that are not fishy, ??it supplements iron and zinc. Eating it in winter can improve your immunity.
Of course, vegetables cannot be omitted. The combination of carrots and onions is good for improving eyesight and appetizing. Finally, brush with a layer of egg liquid, which is also good for improving intelligence and nourishing the brain.
It is best to eat it while it is warm, as the softness and fresh flavor are at their best.
The sweet smell of onions, wrapped in fresh minced beef, bite into the fluffy steamed buns with rich fillings, which is more comfortable than eating steamed buns.
