Snapper is a sea fish.

Seabream and bream are bottom-feeding fish, so you can use buoys to make the bait just off the bottom. When fishing for seabream, no matter if it's for buoys or casting the bottom straight to the sense of the fish, you should always spread a lot of bait because if they can't get food right away, they won't be able to stay in the water for a long time. Cannabis seeds, maggots and maggot nymphs or earthworms in large pieces of bread.

For softmouth and bream, use a 3.7 to 4m float rod with a soft gaffer, fixed spool reel, 910g leader and size 16 to 20 hooks, and for bream, use a 4 to 4.3m soft-tuned float rod with a fixed spool reel, 3.2 to 4.1kg leader and size 10 to 14 hooks.

When fishing for bream with a bottom feeder, try a rod with an inserted chitter, a fixed spool reel, 1.8 to 2.7 kg of line and hooks from size 6 to 12. For bait, try small pieces of breadcrumbs for soft mouths, boiled barley, maggots, pieces of earthworms and breadcrumbs for bream.

Breadcrumbs, maggots, maggot nymphs, earthworms and cereals are all effective floating baits for bream, and maggots or earthworms wrapped in batter are excellent for bottom casting.
