Among them, taro powder is the main raw material used to make Hakka taro buns, taro dumplings and taro plates. These three kinds, because they are all local mountain products and local products, are called "three fresh things in the earth" of Tulou.
"Handmade Three Treasures" and "Three Freshness in the Ground" * * are isomorphic to form six main traditional local products of Hakka Tulou.
With the development of society, in recent years, residents near Tulou have gradually developed some new products with local characteristics, such as "duck feet soaked in the ocean" and "beef jerky".
