Cannonball flower:

Strong and robust, the stem and branches are straight, the foliage is long elliptic, with slightly wavy edges, the color is rich green and shiny; the flower color is not very selective, blooming at the top of the stem and branches in spikes, and each flower has an elongated tube, five petals in each edge of the lobe for the two lips.

Named for the bird's tail shape of its flowers, it is also known as the swallowtail flower. Cannonflower plants are dwarf, with erect, much-branched stems and spreading thin branches that maintain an upright posture. Leaves are ovate to ovate-lanceolate, 10-15 centimeters long, with dark green glossy leaves. Dense spikes of orange or orange-red flowers grow at the top, preceded by buds, from which the flowers protrude and continue from the bottom up, making it a famous flower plant. Bird's tail flowers have a long flowering period, from early summer to late fall.
