In fact, oolong tea is a kind of green tea, also known as "Wulong tea". It does not belong to black tea, and certainly does not belong to green tea, but semi-oxidized tea, which is also called "semi-fermented tea".
The range of oxidation, molding and baking makes oolong tea a wide range of tea, with great taste and aroma, from fresh, clean, grassy/plant to dark, fishy, fruity and even espresso. Because oolong tea is slightly oxidized, some people divide "Baozhong" or "Baozhong" oolong tea into "green oolong tea".

1, Dahongpao
Dahongpao, produced in Wuyishan, Fujian, is oolong tea with excellent quality. China special famous tea. The most outstanding quality is that the fragrance is rich and fragrant with orchid flowers, with high and lasting fragrance and obvious "rock rhyme".
2, iron arhat
Arhat tea belongs to oolong tea. The appearance of Arhat tea is tight, the color is green, brown and fresh. After brewing, the soup color is orange and yellow, and the leaves are red and green. The typical leaves have the artistic beauty of green leaves and red edges.
3. Water turtle
Wuyi Qimingguan Tiandi is a semi-fermented tea, which has the mellow Tieguanyin tea and the fragrance of green tea, and has the characteristics of freshness, mellow, elegance and fragrance.
4. Wuyi daffodil
Narcissus tea in northern Fujian, alias Wuyi Narcissus tea, is one of the two color patterns in oolong tea in northern Fujian. Now it is mainly produced in Jian 'ou and Jianyang counties, with unique quality.
