Tips
1. I use Guangming fresh milk, which needs to be refrigerated and has a shelf life of one week. Other brands of milk can be used instead. Milk drinks are not recommended. If you are lactose intolerant, you can use soy milk instead
2. You can add ingredients according to your preference. I have added wolfberries, raisins, soaked gorgon seeds, etc. If you like sweets, you can add rock sugar or honey after cooling
