The practice of chiba tofu
1, fried chiba tofu with meat
Ingredients: 1 chiba bean curd, a little pork belly, 1 green pepper, 3 garlic sprouts, a little fungus, a spoonful of oil, a spoonful of Pixian bean paste, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of soy sauce, half a spoonful of chicken essence, a spoonful of starch, a little onion, ginger and garlic, and half a spoonful of oyster sauce.
Practice:
(1) Slice Chiba tofu and pork belly, cut green pepper into small pieces, slice onion, shred ginger, and cut onion and garlic sprouts into sections for later use;
⑵ Put half a spoonful of salt and one spoonful of water starch into the chopped pork belly and marinate it evenly;
(3) Hot pan cold oil, after the oil temperature is reached, stir-fry the chopped onion, ginger and garlic in the pan, and then stir-fry the salted pork belly slices in the pan;
(4) Pour a proper amount of soy sauce into the pot, stir-fry until it is almost cooked, and put it out for use;
5. Add a small amount of oil into the pot, stir-fry the cut Chiba bean curd in the pot, wait until the Chiba bean curd is slightly Huang Shi, put the cut green pepper and fungus in the pot, stir-fry for a while, and take it out for later use;
[6] Put a spoonful of Pixian bean paste into the pot and stir-fry, then pour a little water, and then pour the pork belly that has been stir-fried before into the pot and continue to stir-fry;
(7) Put the stir-fried thousand pages of tofu into the pot and stir-fry;
(8) After stirring for a while, add salt, chicken essence and oil consumption to taste;
(9) Finally, add the garlic sprouts and you can go out of the pot.
2, spicy fried Chiba tofu
Ingredients: Chiba bean curd 1 box, red pepper 1 box, 2 peppers, half a teaspoon of salt, soy sauce 1 spoon, a little mushroom essence, a little ginger slices, 0/5 capsules of pepper/kloc-0, 3 dried peppers, half a teaspoon of white pepper, a proper amount of Chili oil and a proper amount of vegetable oil.
Practice:
(1) Slice Chiba tofu, shred red pepper and pointed pepper, and slice ginger for later use;
⑵ Heat the pan and cool the oil. After the oil temperature is reached, stir-fry the dried chili, and then stir-fry the cut Chiba bean curd in the pan.
(3) Stir-fry evenly, then add soy sauce for color matching;
(4) Then add the chopped red pepper and pepper and continue to stir fry;
5] Add salt, mushroom essence, white pepper and red oil to taste;
[6] Stir well and you can go out of the pot.
