How to make dry mixed noodles seasoning
Preparation materials: pork (lean meat) 500g, noodles (raw) 500g, onion 1 spoon, sesame sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, Chili oil 1 spoon, pepper powder 1 spoon, and chicken powder. Soy sauce 1 spoon, 2 slices of ginger, 2 slices of cooking wine, salt 1 spoon, 50 ml of vegetable oil, and five-spice powder 1 spoon.

1. Preparation materials: Dice pork with 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1/4 tablespoons of salt for a while, as shown below.

11. Melt sesame paste with 10 ml vegetable oil, as shown in the following figure.
