2. Slice and plate
3. Mix a bowl of juice with soy sauce, Jiang Mo, minced garlic and vinegar.
4. Add a spoonful of chili oil made of chopped peanuts and black sesame seeds.
5. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil and mix well
