Hello everyone! I bought a chicken in the market today. In the evening, stew soup with chicken wings, calves and chicken feet, and stir-fry chicken breast. Usually chicken stewed yam and chicken stewed corn. Tonight, I stewed soup with chicken and soybeans. The soup is golden yellow, shiny, sweet, original and delicious. Let's share the practice:
Ingredients: chicken, dried soybeans, medlar, ginger slices.
Accessories: cooking wine, salt
1, soak dried soybeans in advance, wash them and stew them in a pressure cooker 15 minutes.
2. Put chicken wings, chicken calves and chicken feet into the pot, add appropriate amount of water and cooking wine to boil, remove and rinse.
3. Prepare a waterproof stew, put the chicken into the stew, then pour the soybeans and water in the pressure cooker into the stew, cover the ingredients with water, stew for one hour, then open the pot cover, add appropriate amount of salt, stew for 10 minute, and sprinkle the cleaned Lycium barbarum before taking out.
This is not stewed yet.
Remarks: I used waterproof stew, and the stew was original and delicious. If there is no waterproof stew at home, you can also stew it in an electric rice cooker.
After the soybeans are stewed in a pressure cooker, the skin will float. It is best to remove the skin before stewing the soup.
