Steps/Methods

1/12 Step-by-step reading

Prepare the ingredients.

2/12

Put the high gluten flour, milk powder, sugar, corn oil, water and yeast in a bread bucket.

3/12

Press the dough program on the bread machine for 30 minutes.

4/12

After the dough is ready, press the bread machine rise program for 40 minutes. (Depending on the weather, the pasta will rise faster when it's hot, and the pasta will rise more when it's cold.)

5/12

After the first rise, take the dough out. Put it on a panel to deflate.

6/12

Divide the dough into three smaller balls.

7/12

Place one small ball of dough and roll it out into a long strip, place the red beans on the surface of the dough. Roll it up slowly from one side.

8/12

Place all three dough balls in a toast box, and then place them in the box.

9/12

Turn on the oven to the rise function and place the toast box in the oven. Put a baking tray under the toast box and some warm water in the tray. These will help the toast to ferment. Fermentation time is 30-40 minutes.

10/12

When the toast is 8 minutes full, the second rise is good and the toast lid is closed.

11/12

Remove the oven from the baking tray with water and turn the oven setting to top and bottom tube bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.

12/12

After baking, remove the toast tin, invert the bread and let it cool. It will be ready to serve.
