"Farewell My Concubine" is one of the more famous dishes in Lu cuisine, made of turtle and chicken, formerly known as dragon and phoenix braised. Snapper is also known as the "group of fish", also known as "king eight". Snappers feed on fish, shrimp and snails in lakes. It is ugly and fierce, and has been compared to Xiang Yu, the king of Western Chu. In the battle of Gaixia, the king was defeated and Yu Ji killed herself. The king and Yu Ji said goodbye forever. The word "Ji" harmonizes with the word "chicken", and the word "turtle" harmonizes with the word "Farewell". The name "Farewell My Concubine" is derived from this.
