1. Wash it first and put a layer of greaseproof paper on the baking sheet. (The purpose is because sweet potatoes will produce oil when roasted. It is not easy to wash if it falls on the baking sheet. If you don’t have it, you don’t need to put it, but the baking sheet needs to be soaked in water for a while.)

2. Oven temperature: The maximum temperature of my oven is 230 degrees, set the upper and lower heat for 60 minutes. (This time refers to sweet potatoes with a size of more than 2 taels. If the sweet potatoes are small, just reduce it to 50 minutes.)

After the time is up, pinch it with gloves. If the middle is soft, , that's it; if there is a hard core, you need to bake it for another 10-20 minutes. If you like oily sweet potatoes, you need to bake them for a while. This varies from person to person. I prefer sweet potatoes that are oily, as they will be sweeter.
