Materials
2 potatoes, 1 green pepper, salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, vegetable oil
Method
1. Peel the potatoes Cut into shreds, rinse several times and soak in water.
2. Remove the seeds from the green pepper and cut into shreds, and slice the garlic.
3. Heat the vegetable oil, add shredded potatoes and garlic slices, and stir-fry.
4. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, and when the potato shreds are almost cooked, add green pepper shreds.
5. Stir-fry several times, add salt and a little MSG, stir-fry evenly and remove from the pan.
Tips
Wash the shredded potatoes several times to remove the starch and make them taste crispy. Soaking in water is for antioxidant purposes and prevents potatoes from discoloring.
