Crispy Potato Cakes, Even College Students Love Them
I've seen this recipe many times, and I've finally got the time to make one
It's really very simple
Ingredients: one potato, one tablespoon of cornstarch, ground black pepper, and chopped parsley Preparation:Peel the potatoes, and chop them into small pieces. Steam the potatoes
Grind the potatoes, add the cornstarch and black pepper, and mix well
Knead the potatoes into a ball, press them lightly, brush the surface with oil, and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley
Bake the potatoes in the oven at 200° for 20 minutes or so (adjustable according to your own oven)
The ketchup is really good when dipped in it.
P.S., if you like the delicate texture, put a little less cornstarch in the potatoes, then add a little bit of parsley. You can put a little less cornstarch in the potatoes and let them cool down a little bit before kneading them.
