Ingredients

Method
1. Cut onions and cabbage into shreds.
2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into hob pieces.
3. Put oil in the pot, heat it up to 60%, add chopped ginger and minced garlic, then add cabbage and stir-fry.
4. Add onions and stir-fry.
5. Add tomatoes and stir-fry.
6. Add salt, sugar and chicken essence, stir-fry evenly.
