Interpretation of Gallup test
Because PH knew about the Gallup test, I remember that they introduced the Gallup test of several core teams of PH in a class at that time to reflect their different division of labor and overall balance. Before doing the test, I actually hesitated, because I think I can basically infer the general direction, and because of the current work restrictions (for some reasons, I don't have much intention to quit), even if I found my advantages, I felt that the scenarios I could use were very limited, so I hesitated for a while before doing the test.

1, self-interpretation

Gallup test divides the advantage area into four parts: execution, influence, relationship building and strategic thinking, and I pay more attention to the proportion of each part in the test, because all friends of PH will have such a pie chart, so out of curiosity, I also want to know what my pie chart is like. But because I don't know how to start, I posted the definition of each role in each module, so that I can understand the key direction of the whole module. But because I don't know this, I can only understand the definition of characteristics under each module conceptually, so I don't really understand it deeply.

2, KQ teacher interpretation

(1) Ask my puzzles and needs, so as to find the key direction;

(2) Explain several groups of misleading points:

A, testing backward talents is not necessarily bad in this respect, because the results of other talents may also lead to this effect (such as goals/relationships & etc.; Sense of responsibility);

B. The report gives talents, not necessarily advantages. Talent needs to combine knowledge points and related skills to become an advantage;

(3) Interpretation of the report

A, check the overall evaluation results (see page 2 1 of the report, focusing on it), and combine the report results with your own estimates to see if there are any differences;

B, understand the focus of the four modules-relationship pays more attention to establishing strong relationship/deep link with people, influence pays more attention to exerting others' subjective initiative/asking others to do things, execution pays more attention to doing things well, and strategy tends to find better countermeasures from information;

C. Make a modular analysis of the top 65,438+00 talents based on previous experience-first, match examples according to personal talents, and then imagine the scene that can give full play to the top 65,438+00 talents through the module (string the original scattered talents together to find the application scene), and combine the past experience with a sense of accomplishment to focus on analyzing which talents those experiences reflect;

3. Interpret the Gallup test of PH partners.

Because they have a clear division of labor, the way they handle things in the process of contact with them, combined with their Gallup test results, will be more clear whether this part of their work matches their characteristics, and I will also think about whether their communication methods match their strengths. This process feels quite interesting.

1, deeply understand the general direction

Before teacher KQ explained:

My evaluation results are strategic thinking > relationship building > execution > influence, including strategic thinking, which is consistent with my expectation, but the order of execution and relationship building is slightly different from what I thought, mainly because I don't know the definitions of these blocks deeply enough.

Q 1: Actually, I don't like building relationships very much, but on the whole, it is still relatively high, which makes me a little surprised;

Question 2: The influence piece should be my weakest piece. I'm not sure how to define it In terms of the number of people who affect me, I am sure it is very weak, but I think it still has some influence on some other people's problems.

After KQ's explanation:

We have a clearer understanding of the establishment and implementation of the relationship, among which we have more reflections on the action force.

Exodus: When I have poor self-control, I may comfort myself and let myself go. Now I think, "It's true that my execution is not very good. Maybe I can break down specific goals into specific executable steps and make a good plan. Maybe my execution is ok at a certain moment, but for a long time, the persistence of execution is still lacking. 2. Deep thinking about some talents

Before teacher KQ explained:

After KQ's explanation:

In the process of communicating with teacher KQ, teacher KQ woke me up with a sentence. At that time, I was actually giving another concrete example of talent, but teacher KQ saw my learning ability and let me enlarge the dimension of learning ability. The more I realized it, the more I felt that the application of learning ability in me was quite extensive. I think my learning ability mainly focuses on the transmission and application of knowledge and the reflection on the past.

Exodus 1: I used to like reflections. I thought it was a process of self-grooming, but after a long time, it stopped for a while (because of lack of mobility, it was difficult to persist). When I realize that reflection is also a learning process, let me learn from past experience. This also found a reason why I should reflect. I couldn't tell the meaning of reflection before. I think the focus of reflection is to learn from past experience and optimize what needs to be improved, so I am constantly iterating over some methods. Because learning gives meaning and strengthens my determination and action of reflection.

My weakness: I can't control the cooking time well.

What I am good at: I like to find various tools to solve problems, and then I like to have a whim and try something.

Forecast my future cooking mode: buy all kinds of cooking tools, try to avoid some links that I am not good at and switch to different tools. Although it's just an idea, I think it can alleviate a lot of resistance to cooking. I think studying gives me strength. If I don't learn to cook, I guess I have no desire to act at all.
